Overseas Technical Support Engineer

Job Responsibipties:

1. Resolve customer issues related to product usage through WeChat, Teams, email, phone, and remote desktop sessions, providing on-site support when necessary.

2. Consopdate various product issues, proactively update resolution progress, coordinate all necessary resources to drive problem-solving, and ensure full closure.

3. Participate in product design and vapdation testing tasks.

4. Prepare and/or improve product-related documentation, such as product introduction documents, user manuals, datasheets, FAQs, etc.

5. Maintain positive communication with customers, and drive continuous product optimization and improvement based on customer feedback and usage suggestions.


Job Requirements:

1. Excellent English proficiency, with fluent spoken and written English as a working language.

2. Associate degree or higher, preferably in Electronics, Communications, Computer Science, or related fields.

3. Familiar with 3G/4G/5G communication principles, computer hardware/software, computer network communication, and Windows/Linux operating systems. Experience in mobile communication network optimization is preferred.

4. Strong problem identification and resolution skills.

5. Good communication skills, teamwork spirit, and customer service awareness.

6. Excellent self-learning ability and a strong sense of responsibility.

7. Ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel as required.
